Scope: Design-Build Energy Efficiency Housing On-Reserve
Status: 20+ houses completed (2023–2025)

Our approach to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient housing for these communities is built on partnership, sustainability, and accountability.

1️⃣ Community Engagement & Needs Assessment

• Initial consultations with each community to understand housing needs, cultural considerations, and site-specific challenges.

• Collaborative design sessions to ensure homes meet functional and environmental expectations.

2️⃣ Design & Planning

• Custom energy-efficient home designs that balance durability, climate responsiveness, and cultural relevance.

• Integration of passive solar design, superior insulation, and sustainable materials.

• Permitting and approvals aligned with community and regulatory requirements.

3️⃣ Procurement & Mobilization

• Sourcing materials locally where possible to support economic development.

• Coordination of logistics for delivery to remote sites, with attention to seasonal constraints.

4️⃣ Construction & Quality Assurance

• On-site construction by experienced crews, including local workforce participation where feasible.

• Continuous inspection and quality checks to ensure adherence to design and energy efficiency standards.

• Regular updates and milestone reviews with community representatives.

5️⃣ Handover & Post-Completion Support

• Formal walk-throughs and orientation for new homeowners.

• Documentation and training on home operation and maintenance to maximize efficiency and longevity.

• Ongoing support for warranty and service inquiries.
